If I can't remember my password, HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO CHANGE IT IN MY ACCOUNT?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

OK. If you can't remember your password, does that mean you cannot access your account?  Can you add some clarification so I can better assist you?

I am able to access my account after I get a confirmation number via text and then a second one via email.  After I'm in my account, I go to change the password and it requires that I put in the old password THAT I CANNOT REMEMBER!!!
