My return says I amended my return when I did not. how do i fix this?

turbo tax is telling me i have to give a reason for amending my tax return. but I did not amend my tax return. I do not know how to fix this error

If you accidentally amended or started to amend a return in TurboTax online, see below and follow the steps to undo/cancel it. Pay close attention to each step.
