Where do I put deductins for work or other adjustments, Box 4, for social security SSa1099

You don't have to enter the SSA-1099 Box 4 amount because it is already accounted for in Box 5, Net Benefits.

Specifically, Box 5 = Box 3 - Box 4, or Net Benefits = Benefits minus Benefits Repaid.
