What is the difference between personal property tax box and the property tax box underneath the real estate taxes box?

The amount I need to enter is for personal property tax on my two vehicles but I am not sure which section to add it to.

Use Personal Property Taxes (within Cars and Other Things You Own) for annual taxes that are based on the value of your vehicles (don't include sales taxes).

Property Taxes (under Your Home) are for real estate taxes.
