How do I delete Form 2210?

Today is 2/14/2019. I have followed all instructions and deleted the form but it will not delete as when I review the problem comes up again

Any updates, I've tried deleted 2210 per instructions, then signed out and signed back on, it is still there.  I cannot go forward on my return because of this form.

I got this to work by right-clicking and selecting "override". This let me uncheck Part II, Box A. Once I did that, Turbotax deleted the form from my taxes for me.
