Turbotax Activation Key Refund
Hello; In early May I got an activation key from Turbotax online and it was never used. The key would not work when I tried to submit my income taxes. I called and they said to ask for a reimbursement and that it should be fine to get. I had to repurchase a new key to submit my taxes.
But the REFUND for the activation code from original purchase was never reimbursed yet. When I look, it just shows me that it is OPEN? Open for what?
Can I get clarification Please.
