Zip Code of School Error

I live in Ohio and attend online classes from New Hampshire.  Turbo Tax will not let me file electronically because the zip code is not in Ohio.  I filed last year fine and was attending the same school.

Error:  Student Info Worksheet:  School zipcode is invalid.  You must enter a valid zipcode for your state.  

I don't have a school zipcode for Ohio because the school is online from a school in New Hampshire.

Please advise.

If you are having an error with the school zip code after inputting your 1098-T, please take the following steps:

• Go back to your 1098-T input and double check the state was listed as New Hampshire and not Ohio. The zip code must match the state.
• If the state is correct, then try deleting your 1098-T and importing it.
  1. Navigate to Form 1098-T:
     • TurboTax Online/Mobile: Go to 1098-T.
     • TurboTax Desktop: Select Search Topics. Search for and select Form 1098-T.
  2. On the Your Education Expenses Summary screen, click delete.
  3. Click on Add a student on the Your Education Expenses Summary screen.
  4. Answer the questions on the following pages.
  5. On the screen, How would you like to upload your 1098-T, choose upload it from my computer or snap a photo with your phone.
