Your liability is what you would owe if you had no withholding or any other form of payment during the year. What you owe o line 22, is after subtracting withholding and other payments. Line 4 would match line 15 of the 1040.

What's on line 22 of your 1040 and line 6 of your 4868.  Also, where did you get the 4868, did you do your entire return in TurboTax in order to get the 4868?

i was able to delete the amount on line 4 of the 4868 and input the corrected number. Dont know where it got the original calculation
