My Federal finally went through just now. I had to delete the NC refund for it to transmit and once it went through, I went back in and re-added the state information without starting over. Still receiving that not available message though when attempting to submit it.

Same here in NC too. Changed NC to mail in and fed was able to go through. NC says it was supposed to be ready today 1/26/2023 but hasnt changed to “Available” yet for e-file. Will try to e-file NC again in a few days. Glad Im not alone.

All my forms are available, I did eveything everyone suggested, I am getting the same message as everyone else.

I paid and turbo tax took my money with no issue. So what now? 

Are you checking on this issue and let people know why this keeps happening??

Same issue with my return. I have a very basic return. I have tried chrome and edge on my computer, also tried chrome on my phone. I tried again this morning at 4:30 am. Same result. Clearing cookies doesn't help.

I WENT BACK IN A COMPLETELY DELETED my state return and resubmitted Federal and it went through finally.

There is an earlier posting that references NCDOR who state that it may be 2/3/2023 before the NC tax returns will be accepted. In my case went back to e-file and selected federal only . It went through cleanly and has already been accepted. The program then flags you that the state e-file has not been accomplished and to come back and try again . My intention is to attempt to file daily until I get success. The program states there’s no errors so it’s NC in my opinion, not a programmatic turbo tax.

When I going to file my taxes after I sign off, it says it can’t Transmission my 2022 taxes are not available?

Most likely your State is not accepting returns yet, and neither State or Fed is then e-filed.   

Here's how to file Federal now and State later: Check MAIL Return instead of e-file, you can then check mail State later, and still e-file for the Federal return.  Worked for me and the Federal return was now E-filed.  I'll submit the State return when they are ready to accept transmissions.

North Carolina resident here. 

My forms are all ready but would not transmit (Jan 27th). "Tax Year 2022 transmissions are not available."

In my situation, I believe it is a problem with the NC state form. I noted some other folks from NC having same issue.  I set my NC form to be filed later and e filed my federal and another state form I had to file (when it ask you to mail or e file click mail, then you can edit which files to e file, mail or hold till later.  Federal and SC state went through. I 'll go back some other time and try to e file NC.

You are correct. The problem is with  NC . I filed just the federal return and it went through and was accepted in less than an hour.
