Your income is considered self-employment income even though it was in cash. You only need to report your earnings as business income on Schedule C and remember to include any expenses related to earning this income. Please see the information below for more details.

You don't need her ssn for anything.  That is self employment income.
You can enter Self Employment Income into Online Deluxe or Premier but if you have any expenses you will have to upgrade to the Self Employed version.
