Your federal tax return was rejected - R0000-058-01

I e-filed my tax return today and it was rejected due to  Form 7206. We are on Marketplace Health Insurance Plan and have a Form 1095-A. I knew Ln 1 on F7206 was empty, simply because 1095-A was reconciled and TT instructions say if there is a 8962, then 7206 would be bypassed and SEHD will appear on Schedule 1, ln. 14. 

E-filed second time - again rejected both federal and state. Then simply deleted 7206 and e-filed again. 

But I am disappointed  and  frustrated because it should not happen, there were numerous updates and as some filers/users say this issue is for quite a long time! It is already April 10  and the problem persists. Will see if IRS will send me a letter for missing form.
