Im 22 and moved in with my dad for almost a year now. Prior to moving in I worked for 6 months and earned 3,000, should I file as independent or should he claim me on his taxes?"

Your dad can claim you if:

1. You are his son/daughter
2. He provided more the half of your support
   
3. You lived with him for more than half the year
4. You are not filing a joint return with someone else
5. You earned less than $4,050
