I recently purchased a premier version of 2014 turbotax. The program will not download my state tax program (Michigan).,

I need the state tax program (Michigan) for 2014 tax year,

You will need to contact TurboTax Support and they will walk you through downloading your state program. Please see the TurboTax FAQ below for the info to contact TurboTax Support.
