You will need the Self-Employed online version or any of the cd/Download versions.  The cd/Download versions are all alike except the amount of guidance that they provide.

The cd/Download versions allow you to see your tax forms while you are preparing your returns, which the online versions do not.

You only need to buy one of the versions.
