You will need the information from the 1099-HC when you file your Massachusetts state tax return.  There may be a penalty for only having insurance for nine months out of the year (if you have insurance for only one day during a month, it counts as having insurance the entire month), but you need to fill out the section in Turbotax to determine whether you owe a penalty of not.
