What is your question, and what are you trying to do?    You are not required to directly import a tax form from a financial institution.   You can enter it yourself.   What are you trying to report?

You're welcome.  Good luck.

Do you know how to get to that section to enter the Form 1099-R?  Or do you need instructions to get there?

Or do you get there OK, but are you confused by the institution search line or institution icons displayed there?  That part of the screen is only for people who want to import the information.

When there, you don't have to choose an institution from the icons and don't have to enter one in the search line.  That's just for importing.   If you can't import, then you can scroll down on that screen, and way down at the bottom right you'll see a gray button that says "I'll type it in myself."   Then on the next screen you can enter all the info from your 1099-R.

Let me know if you need the steps to get to that section.

I don't have a user id or password for JP Morgan

I want to report J.P. Morgan Securities Consolidated 2019 1099 and Details.  However, I closed my account in June, 2019 (I believe) and thus have neither a User ID nor a Password.

However, I created a pdf file by scanning all my 1099 summary information and transactions.

I'm trying to report J.P. Morgan Securities Consolidated 2019 Forms 1099 and Details (transactions). However, the account was closed in June 2019 and I have neither Logon Id nor Password.  However, I created a pdf file with all 1099 info and all transactions. Can I upload the file to you?

You're posting in an old thread from last year that won't show up to the bulk of the forum as needing help.  Normally one should start their own new thread on their particular issue so it will show up as unanswered.

If you can't import a 1099-B, and if you have a lot of brokerage transactions, you don't have to enter each separate transaction.   You can choose to enter summaries.  When you start to enter the 1099-B, you would choose "I'll type it in myself."   Soon after, TurboTax has a screen where you can indicate that you are going to enter summaries of the sales in the proper categories (according to holding period, covered/noncovered, etc.).  Then according to what TurboTax tells you at the end of that section (which may depend on whether there are any adjustment codes or not), one might have to mail a Form 8453 along with copy of your 1099-B or brokerage statement showing the transactions to a special IRS address.   TurboTax has popup help in various places during that process if you go that route.

I'm a fellow user, not a tax expert.  I can't tell you any more about that process because I have never done it.  If you need more info on that process or additional questions with your 1099-B issue, then please start your own NEW thread with that as the title to attract people familiar with it.
