Are estimated 2019 tax payment required for 2018 installment plans?

I owed for 2018 and had to set up an installment plan.  Am I required to pay estimated taxes for 2019, as a contingency for the 2018 installment plan?

You're not required to make estimated tax payments in 2019, but if you have income where income tax doesn't get withheld (this is common for people who are self-employed or have side jobs), you might wind up owing again when you file your taxes next year and may need to set up another installment plan.
