I imported my Fidelity 1099s. I noticed that 1 of the 1099s is preliminary. Do I delete the preliminary 1099 and imported it again or will Turbotax overwrite the data?

You'll need to delete the imported (preliminary) data first, then re-import the corrected and final info. Be sure to wait until all of your information is final before filing.
