I want to erase my school form t1098

I don't want to add a t 2098 and the form keeps popping up asking me to fill it out and I want to advance to end and finish my return it will not let me

When the program asks if you have a 1098-T, say YES. Then you'll see it listed with a DELETE button to the right of it.

I actually don't want to add the t1098 and it will not allow me to continue my return

You have no choice but to enter it, because you already selected YES to the question indicating that you have one. So enter it and work it through. Then you can start the Education section again, and my above instructions will apply.
