I wanted to ask how to pay my due to WV tax. I remember that I gave my account number and gave the date to when they can deduct my dues to my state tax.

You can verify the direct debit info that you entered when you filed by going to the WV Information Worksheet.
Log in and from the left navigation bar go to:  Tax tools>Print center>Print, save or preview this year's return>2018 state return and Include government and TurboTax worksheets (optional)>View or print forms.
Look for the WV Information Worksheet and depending on your state, the direct debit information will be in or around Part VI.
