Husband has Marketplace plan all year, I have 2 months marketplace and 10 months Medicare. Received Advance credits. Only income is my disability(under taxable threshold) and $95 interest. No IRA distributions. Will use standard deduction. To file 8962 which Turbo Tax version? Will it allow fill of 8962 without "full year for me" since I started Medicare 3/1/18? Thanks. I have 1095-A and SSA 1099?

You can use TurboTax Deluxe to file your tax return that includes Form 8962.  You will be able to enter all your information that you mentioned in your question with TurboTax Deluxe.
