I got deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom ( Spartan shield). My deployment place is United Arab Emirates. Does it count in any of the choices given ?

I mean my deployment place was in United Arab Emirates. Not Afghanistan. Can I still choose the choice given below as Afghanistan/ Enduring Freedom ?

You can select "Other Combat Zone" because the UAE is considered Arabian Peninsula area (Executive Order No. 12744) and Afghanistan is different.
