Hi. Healthcare coverage was considered “unaffordable” for me in 2017, as I had no coverage. Can I apply on TurboTax? Can I apply for the exemption when I file?

You can enter the exemption in the program when you file.

Just make sure you actually qualify for the exemption. It has VERY specific requirements, and most people don't qualify for it.
