Are you a victim of ID theft, and are asking about a 6-digit IP PIN (Identity Protection PIN) provided to you by the IRS after they investigated the ID theft?   If so, did they not provide you one for 2016?

Are you needing to know how to contact the IRS?   Did they not send you an IP PIN for 2016?   You may be able to retrieve your 2016 IP PIN on their website.
