There's a great deal at Sam's Club/Costco for the Home & Business Edition. If I buy and use it, will I be able to sign in through my current account and have access to last year's info, or will I have to use a new account?

There's a great deal at Sam's Club/Costco for the Home & Business Edition. If I buy and use it, will I be able to sign in through my current account and have access to last year's info, or will I have to use a new account?

Yes, you can login to your TurboTax Online account to access last year's return, as long as you used a paid version of TurboTax Online last year.

In the event you didn't, once you purchase the desktop software, you can contact customer support for assistance with getting your prior year files unlocked.  You would want to download your .tax file from the Tax Timeline in your account for importing the prior year into TurboTax Desktop to carry forward your information.

Please refer to the instructions below to contact customer support if need be.

Submit your question/problem during business hours and then use the option for Call.  You can simply enter "billing" as your question.

There will be some personal information gathered so we can create a case for you.  A phone number will be provided, specific to your case, to speak directly with a TurboTax agent.

Note:  The Call option will not be available when TurboTax Support is closed.
