If already done filing, can Turbotax calculate estimated quarterly payments for 2017 state taxes and generate vouchers?

Yes, you can go back through your state return to complete the estimated taxes.

1. Sign into TurboTax Online
2. Continue your return by click My TurboTax > Tax Timeline.
3. Under Some Things You Can Do section, click on Add A State.
4. Click on the State Taxes tab > Click Edit next to your state return. 
5. Every state varies, continue through your return until you come to the section about estimated taxes.
6. Once you have completed your state estimated taxes go to My Account > Print Center to print the vouchers.
