Yes, if you are using TurboTax Online, your return is saved along the way so that you can log back in later to continue working on it.

It's so easy to save your work. Whether you are using TurboTax Online or TurboTax Desktop/CD download each time you open the tax return to make additional entries your information is saved.  In the online version it is automatic and in the desktop version you are always asked if you want to save your tax return. Be sure to say yes.
