Cannot download pdf format, will only download .txt file, no matter what computer I use, any one else have this problem?

This happened to me. It would only try to download txt files in Microsoft Edge. But it worked when I tried in Google Chrome. Have you tried Chrome?

Yes, different browser does work, or after downloading through Edge, just change the file extension to pdf. Yes, that actually works!
