Y can't i efile

Some returns simply can't be e-filed or keep getting rejected even though there's really nothing wrong with them. Please check the link below for additional information on why you can't e-file.

I don't have an EIN at all. My 1099-misc from my investments is for some reason "requiring" one and I can't get around it. Turbotax just keeps taking me in circles.
