I purchased the Deluxe version. When I went to use it I was informed that I needed to use the Self Employed version. Can I get a credit towards the correct version?

If you already purchased the Self Employed version without upgrading, you would need to contact TurboTax support for a refund. In the box What do you need help with?, do not put refund, entering something like Billing issues.

I purchased the business version and really only needed the Premier version. How can I get the other version?

They were unable to help because I purchased turbo tax at Sam's club, who would not return the product because I had opened it. Did not realize I had the wrong version until it installed and then I knew it was not right. too late!!!

@atlantic1 @2K314 What version did you buy? What did you want? All the Desktop programs have the same forms. You just get more help and guidance in the higher versions. You can use what you bought unless you bought the separate Business program and need a personal version.
