I believe I was supposed to receive more from my taxes

No one else can see your screen, your tax return, or your account. Tell us why you think you have the wrong numbers. Have you entered ALL of your 2019 income--everything on the same tax return? Did you double-check the amounts you entered? If you have dependents, did you enter them with their Social Security numbers? Do you see them listed on the Form 1040?
