The situation is exactly the same as last yr. My employer contributed 250 to my FSA, not HSA. and I as well. The IRS pub says these contributions are not reportable to IRS. I was also covered by my employer for insurance. Last year my W2 had no entry in box12 b. This yr it says 250 and code is W. Turbo tax thinks I have an HSA and wants me to fill in about my High cost health plan. I have nothing to fill in. But it comes up error and wont proceed. If I leave out entry in box 12 all is well. But I can't lie about the W2. ShouldI try to get a new W2?

Yes, you should request a corrected W-2.
The entry in box 12 with code W does indicate a contribution to a Health Savings Account. If you did not have an HSA, then this entry is incorrect. Since the IRS will also have a copy of that W-2 showing that a contribution was made to an HSA, you are likely to receive a letter about this if you simply leave off that information when you file your return.
By getting the W-2 corrected, both your copy and the IRS copy should be re-issued by your employer.
Yes, I requested and received a corrected W 2. Just have to enter it and should be ok to submit.
Glad this year is over!
