Would like to confirm that my state income tax have been E-filed,was a little confused on that since I cannot file a federal tax . Thank you

If you are not able to e-file a federal return, you would not be able to e-file a state return.  Not knowing why you can't file a federal return (unless you just can't e-file) you will need to print and mail your state return as states generally will not accept an e-filed return without a matching federal e-filed return.
