Working for CT company, living in NC

I am currently working for a company in CT but am considering moving to NC and work there remotely.

When living in NC while working remotely for the company that is located in CT, where would I be paying taxes and would I be taxed twice?

In general, you pay state taxes to the place where the work is performed; so if you work in North Carolina, they would be North Carolina wages.
