Work 2 Fulltime and 1 contract jobs. Tax, HSA, 401K, IRA impact?

1st Full time job pays $110K + Bonus if any (around 10k ish), 401k match 6% dollar per dollar, offer HSA;

2nd Full time job pays $115k + Bonus if any (around 10k ish), 401k match 6% $.25 per dollar, offer HSA;

3nd contractor job ( real estate agent, mainly planning for my own investments)

I don't want each full-time employer to find out, in the W4, how should I do withhold?

Can I have 2 401k accounts? as long as the combine contribution is less than$19,500?

And 2 IRA as long as its less than $6k?

And 2 HSA as long as combine less than $3500?

Yes, you can have 2 401K accounts and 2 HSA accounts as long as you do not go over the annual maximum contribution amount of $19,500 and $3,500 respectively.  Your income level is too high for a standard IRA as you are covered by a qualified plan at both places of employment. You could possibly do a backdoor Roth IRA but your contribution would not be deductible however the earnings would grow tax free.

Here is a link to the IRS.gov tax withholding estimator that will help you to determine how to complete your W-4.

Here is some information on the Backdoor Roth.
