With Both LLC and Sub-Chapter S in the same state, WI, how to file with one payment??

Last year both entities were covered by one charge for one state.  False advertising to change your policy without due notification!

The information I stated in the answer below has not changed for years; there is a separate charge for each state return and also a separate charge for each entity within a state.

TurboTax Business has never, to my knowledge, offered an all-inclusive state return package for one price.

Assuming you are using TurboTax Business and need two state modules/formsets (WI partnership and S corp), then each involves a separate purchase (i.e., you pay one charge for WI partnership and another for WI S corp).
