Wisconsin State Taxes

I have entered information on the wrong  Wis Corporate Form : Used Form 4 by mistake and paid again for

another State of Wisconsin 5S Corporate return.  I deleted all 4 forms but when I went to file they

showed up and E-File wants to now file Both Wisconsin Form 4 and Form 5S.   How do I get rid of the

Wisconsin Form 4 forms before I can e-filecorrectly.

You will need to delete the  Wisconsin Form 4 from your return.

You will need to delete the form that is in your return:

• Open your return in TurboTax
• In the left menu, select Tax Tools and then Tools
• In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form
• Select Delete next to the form in the list and follow the instructions
