Windows software version shuts down when I hit begin

This is the second year in a row that this issue happens. 

I don't recall how it got fixed last year but seems repititive and no threads active on it as far as I saw.

 

Simply once I hit the begin button in the home screen it take few seconds loading and then vanishes or restarts.

I have no clue what the issue is.

 

Software is up to date

    Were you able to solve your issue? Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, and reopen TurboTax.

    Something to try.

     

    1) Reboot your computer.  Check for a windows update...and reboot even if none is found..Someimes a partially-installed Windows update will block the proper startup of TTX.

     

    2)  RT-Click on the TTX icon, and select "Run as Administrator"

    See if that works.
