given the recurring problems with Windows 11 why doesn't TurboTax respond by coming out with a Windows 10 version?

Windows 11

Intuit does not support Windows 10 for TurboTax desktop versions because it is a deprecated operating system.

H&R Block still supports Windows 10 for their desktop versions.
