Hi,
I installed Turbo Tax Premium Desktop Edition on a Windows 11 laptop.
It is weird, my mouse disappears inside the main Turbotax window.
It shows outside it, on the toolbar of TT but not inside.
I tried running as Administrator even though I logged in as admin user.

The support person saying that it is weird and he cannot see my screen. How to go to next step and resolve this issue?

you can find the cursor in WIndows 11 by pressing the Ctrl key which will place a circle around it. Also, see if this is of any use.
Thank you, by pressing the Ctrl key able to find the mouse and followed the link helped.
I am able to solve it as below:
- I used from other internet search - added a wireless mouse. I updated the mouse drivers.
- Restarted. Everything is good!
