our turbo tax for 2020 have been declined 3 times help please. I need to speak to someone

2020? What are you trying to do? You cannot e-file a 2020 return. A 2020 return has to be prepared using the CD/download for 2020 and it has to be printed, signed and mailed. E-filing has been permanently closed for 2020 since October of 2021.

Did you use the wrong software? Did you try to use the current online program for a 2020 return? If you did that, be glad it rejected. Online is only for 2021 returns, so if you used online for a 2020 return it is all wrong.
