Will TurboTax Deluxe Transport H&R Block Deluxe Schedule A & B data (1099-INT's and 1099DIV) data into it or does it have to be hand typed?

I've been able to import my personal data from a HR Block Tax Return PDF 2021 Tax File, but it didn't import any 1099INT or DiV data?

Yes, if it didn't import, it needs to manually entered into the program.
