Will Turbo Tax waive fees if they fail to send your e-filed income verification forms to the IRS?

I uploaded all forms of income needed to e-file my taxes. Even thou my tax return says it is accepted, the IRS has sent me letters telling me that the refund that was calculated via Turbo Tax
1.) Will not be refunded
2.) Income can not be verified since there were no forms submitted with tax return
Should I have to pay Turbo Tax for services I have not been given and now am at risk for being audited for a mistake that I did not create
