Sorry, that is not possible when downgrading an online account.

If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return and start over with a lower priced edition. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2019 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.

If you qualify there is also The Turbo Tax Free File website which is free for federal and state. And has more forms than the Federal Free Edition, like the full 1040 return and Schedules A, B, C , D, E, F, EIC, H, K-1, SE, etc.

To qualify for the Tax Freedom website you just need to meet one of these 3 things
AGI $36,000 or less
Active duty military with AGI of $69,000 or less
OR qualify for EIC (earned income credit.)

In order to use the Turbo Tax Free File, you have to start it at a special website. If you use the Sign In button on the top right I hear it brings over your work.

Or another thing you can do is buy a lower Desktop program like Deluxe.  All the Desktop programs have the same forms and has more features.  You can download the .tax2019 file for free to open in the program so you won't have to start over. I can tell you how.  See the Desktop programs here, https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download
