Will not let me upload my 1098 data

Turbo Tax will not let me enter my 1098 data. It cannot find my bank, it rejected my upload, and the QR code doesn't work.

If you can not upload your Form 1098, you can enter it manually. 

To enter it manually, go to the 1098 section of TurboTax. It is under "Deductions & Credits".

In your search bar you can type "Form 1098" and then select  "Jump to form 1098".

This will take you to the screens where you can enter your Form 1098 details manually.

If you are using TurboTax online you will have to select "Change how I enter my form" and then "Type it in myself".
