Will Not Install

keeps saying "Another instalation is in progress. You must complete that instalation before continuing with this one"

But I killed ALL processes and even rebooted, NOTHING else is installing.

Every year your software screws something up. I have already been charged fore this and you wont refund so your a fraud.
