When i try to download from amerprise i am getting a message that says can not connect. If problem persist contact you. I have tried everyday for the past week and have gotten the same message, so i am contacting you.
I have tried using different browsers, rebooting and i continue to get this message. I also tried uploading from the file when i downloaded it from amerprise site. TurboTax would not read it.
