I do not know which list of states are you referring to, but I suspect that if Nevada is not in the list, then neither is Alaska, Florida, South Dakota, Texas, Washington, and Wyoming. If so, then this is the list of states that have no income tax, so having them in the list doesn't make sense in your context.
