No, you would not be eligible for a stimulus payment.

According to the information on the IRS site, if you were claimed as a dependent or can be claimed as a dependent, then you will not be eligible for a stimulus payment.  Having checked the box on your return that you could be claimed as a dependent will disqualify you from receiving a stimulus payment.

Good thing I already printed amend and sent it in

idk what wrong with the IRS. It’s like they don’t think correctly , what since would it make to say someone’s claimed who is not 😂 

needing someone more ideas ppl , you’re screwing with ppl lives . Stick to what the hell you say! 

If you said since we aren’t claimed we should get a check well **bleep** IRS I wasn’t claimed! Maybe more organization needed.
