NC person--Thanks for your answer of my similar question yesterday, where you referenced the CARES act language. I tried to reply and ended up with a "page no longer available" message. I believe you now! You describe your scenario as "worst case." The IRS says it is updating data daily overnight. Do you think it's possible that in updates they will reverse decisions based on 2018 filings after receiving 2019 filings, as in my case and the case here?
